Description
This program allows departments to demonstrate that their Fire Officers possess the skills they need, and align with industry best practices. This program provides participants with NFPA 1021 credentials in blocks from Officer 1, 2 3 and 4. Subjects in the program focus on;
- Human Resource Management
- Incident Management
- Fire Service Administration
- Fire Service Leadership
Prerequisites
None
Target Audience
Officer members of a community fire department.
Certification
Examination requiring 75% for Certificate of Completion.
Participants will receive credits towards NFPA 1021, Level 1-4 and are eligible to write exams.
